opportunity to work with you and yours to raise awareness of SoleMate Sox, LLC. By partnering
with us, you are offering a unique, patent-pending product and major problem solver to your
customers. We know they will love our Sox enough to become repeat shoppers. Below are our
guidelines to help ensure that our SoleMate Sox brand and product integrity are maintained. If
you agree to our vision and mission then this will be a meaningful and long-lasting relationship.

PRICING:

We require a minimum of ten pairs, per design, per size.
50+ pairs- $10.00 per pair

Less than 50 pairs- $11.50 per pair

Crew Sox: $10.00 per pair // Ankle Sox: $7.50 per pair

PURCHASE ORDERS:

By request, we are happy to provide a line sheet. Your representatives are also welcome to visit
our online store to make your wholesale selections. Once you’ve made final decisions, we require
a purchase order to be submitted to the SoleMate Sox client services representative assigned to
your account. You will then receive a designated account number.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

We require 50% downpayment to begin fulfilling your order. The remaining 50% is required
upon delivery of your goods. We only accept all major credit cards. An invoice will be submitted
to you by email via our online portal through which you will be able to submit payment.

MSRP:

By placing a wholesale order, you agree to our MSRP. We will also alert you of any current sales
or discounts. We are happy for you to pass along the same savings to your customers.

Adult Crew Sox- $17 // Children’s Crew Sox- $12

Adult Ankle Sox- $12 // Children’s Ankle Sox- $7

MARKETING:

You agree to use only SoleMate Sox, LLC branded marketing materials and logos on any
displays, printed handouts, discount cards, gift cards/certificates, digital ads, digital images, and
social media.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY:

Once a PO is received, our fulfillment center will immediately begin fulfilling your order. Expect
a 2-3 week turnaround. There are occasions orders will ship sooner. We ship UPS, USPS, and
FedEx. Shipping is priced separately after your full order is weighed.
